We have a variety of shifts available with competitive pay and benefits, including telemedicine (easy-to-use virtual doctor visits) for you and your family when illness strikes, giving you 24/7 access to doctors by mobile app or phone. As a CAREGiverSM with Home Instead, you will: Provide Companionship, Home Helper Services, and Personal Care which could include: Companionship and conversation , Providing stabilization and assistance with walking , Preparing meals and cleaning up meal-related items , Providing medication reminders and appointment reminders , Performing light housekeeping tasks (dusting, vacuuming, making beds, changing linens, cleaning bathrooms, kitchens, etc.) Washing and ironing laundry , Running errands , Accompanying clients to appointments , Assisting with bathing, grooming and dressing , Assisting with toileting and incontinence issues , Alzheimer's Care.
Essential Job Requirements:
Ability to lift, push or pull 25 pounds , Ability to bend, twist, stoop, kneel and reach , Ability to consistently provide physical assistance to a client (i.e. stand-by assistance while walking, assist client with transfers),Complete a satisfactory criminal background check, DMV check, pre-employment drug screen, Possess a valid driver's license and have access to a reliable vehicle with valid auto insurance, ability to treat and care for clients and their property with dignity and respect , ability to adapt to various living environments and locations , ability to communicate with clients in a friendly and congenial manner.
We have a variety of shifts available with competitive pay. A preferred candidate would be flexible in the number of hours needed per week as this is a part-time position. Experience is preferred but not required.
